- Be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Not be worn, altered, or washed
- Not be a final sale or clearance item

Please ensure you provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details to facilitate a smooth process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund. Refund timings may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@elevon.shop and we will investigate the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead if the item is no longer in stock.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
